Email Sponsorship Specifications for Media Sponsors

Please submit your 120x150 or 120x300 banner ad and URL for the enewsletter sponsorship as specified in your barter agreement. If you do not have a banner to provide, or your banner is provided too late for insertion, you will forgo your opportunity. You have been assigned an email date for your sponsorship, along with a due date, should you be unable to make that due date, please notify your contact and other arrangements can be made.

Vertical ad (Dimensions: 120w x 150h pixels) : Format: JPEG or GIF format (72dpi, 256 colors) only Size / file weight: 9K maximum, no animation Link Information: Every ad banner must have both a working URL submitted in your email, and a text alternative ("alt text") up to 60 characters (for text only versions) Vertical ad (Dimensions: 120w x 300h pixels): Format: JPEG or GIF format (72dpi, 256 colors) only Size / file weight: 16K maximum, no animation Link Information: Every ad banner must have both a working URL submitted in your email, and a text alternative ("alt text") up to 60 characters (for text only versions)
